Description Robert Half is seeking detail-oriented contractors to assist our client on a contract basis with their year-end 1099 process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of 1099-related tasks during this critical period. This opportunity is hybrid, primarily remote, requiring candidates local to Oregon or Washington. Key Responsibilities: Support the year-end 1099 process alongside internal team Manage and monitor the 1099 inbox for incoming requests Update existing 1099 forms and issue new forms upon request Send electronic copies of 1099s to recipients Ensure compliance with deadlines and accuracy in all tasks Requirements Qualifications: Experience with 1099 processing or similar tax-related tasks preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and basic data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
