Position Summary

This role is responsible for creating and delivering impactful training programs that empower clients to become confident and proficient users of Forcura and Medalogix web-based and mobile applications. As the client-facing expert, you will guide users through proven practice workflows, support implementation efforts, and contribute to scalable enablement strategies. You will design and maintain a variety of training materials, including help site content, knowledge base articles, and engaging video tutorials, to support ongoing client education and product adoption. This position works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure training content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with product updates.

Job Duties

• Become the client-facing voice of Forcura + Medalogix by becoming an expert on our proprietary web-based and mobile applications
• Effectively communicate the proven practice workflows that are outlined for each agency during their implementation
• Design, produce, and maintain video tutorials to support client training.
• Create and update client-facing training content to ensure the most enhanced features and functionality are properly documented and represented on the Forcura + Medalogix Help Site
• Work with Managers to make sure Forcura + Medalogix is leveraging the most efficient and scalable methods to turn clients into experts
• Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for client use
• Some travel required
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience working directly with clients
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry
• Experience working with a SaaS based product
• Preferred experience with eLearning and video creation tools, including Camtasia, Vyond, and Articulate.

Job Location

Forcura and Medalogix have office locations in Jacksonville, FL, and Nashville, TN, respectively. For this role, we are seeking candidates who are interested in a hybrid work arrangement at either location and we are open to fully-remote candidates.

• This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
