Job Opportunity: Clinical Director (BCBA) – Full Time - Salt Lake City, Utah

A respected and mission-driven ABA practice is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its growing team in the Salt Lake City area . This is an exciting opportunity to help build an organization dedicated to compassionate, collaborative, and high-quality care for children and teens with autism.

Position Highlights:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision,
• Oversee quality of care, treatment integrity, and client outcomes,
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical staff,
• Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards,
• Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field,
• Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure),
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in ABA therapy,
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills,
• A collaborative mindset and passion for developing a new practice.

Compensation & Details:

• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually,
• Full-time schedule,
• 401K 3% match after 6 months,
• PTO of 21 days including 6 national holidays,

• Immediate start date.
