What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Streamline automation, visibility, and reliability improvements for technology infrastructure
Establish and meet service level objectives (SLOs) for products and infrastructure
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for external customers and internal systems
Facilitate meetings to gather feature design requirements from stakeholders
Create and update infrastructure documentation, including technical diagrams and workbooks

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Seven or more years of progressive IT engineering experience
Advanced knowledge of Python, Ansible, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript/JSON/REST API
Proficient understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware) and container technologies (e.g., Docker)
US Citizenship required due to federal customer contracts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Six or more years of Systems Engineering experience with a focus on Infrastructure as Code and DevOps
Prior experience working in a Data Center environment
One or more systems-focused certifications (e.g., VCP - DCV, MCSA/MCSE)
Certification for a relevant DevOps/SRE technology
