Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible office staff, tax returns, tax strategies and trends. This is a great opportunity for a CPA with three or more years experience in public accounting who is looking for opportunities to take on expanded roles in leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate and individual tax return
• Prepare and review business tax filings, books and workpapers
• Provide tax planning consultations and recommendations to businesses and individuals
• Supervise office staff
• Handle quarterly and annual tax reports
• Provide tax strategies that align with business goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA Certification
• 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills - experience reviewing the work of others and supervisory skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills

The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
