Job Description
We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable family practice, that is seeking an associate dentist. The office has been in the community for over 40 years and is averaging 4.8 stars on their online reviews.
The office has many active patients as well as over 55 new patients per month. Ideally they are seeking a full time dentist, but would consider part time as well.
The office is a very nice and state of the art one. They have a Cone Beam, CEREC, digital x-rays, FastMill and more. The office is 98% fee for service. They also have a wonderful team of assistants, hygienists and front desk that work very well together.
General restorative procedures such crown and bridge, simple endo and simple extractions is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but not required. They can offer amazing mentoring in other procedures if desired, as they do a wide range in this office.
A full time and experienced dentist can earn between 250K and 400K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed. There is the opportunity for equity purchase, after a few years.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
