Director of Communications & Marketing

Target Salary : $75,000K + per year depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee content for digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and the website to boost visibility and engagement
• Serve as the lead for media outreach, public relations, and crisis communication planning

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, with strong writing and visual storytelling skills
