We’re looking for aPurchasing Assistantto support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine—managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping our inventory in check.

• Process purchase orders for stock and direct-ship customer orders.
• Confirm and update factory acknowledgements to keep timelines on track.
• Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and report findings to corporate.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier pricing, part numbers, and contacts.
• Verify new part numbers and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns and resolve issues with damaged goods.

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with purchase order systems.
• A knack for staying organized and juggling multiple priorities.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the fly.

• Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• A passion for process improvement and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
