$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

What You Will Be Doing

• Leverage the latest AI advancements to enhance the efficiency of complex annotation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Analyze and communicate model evaluation results and insights from complex datasets to clients clearly and efficiently.
• Develop and refine processes for delivering critical information to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and usability for training large language models by understanding and applying safety and helpfulness guidelines.
• Explore and contribute to developing interactive tools and products that improve communication of annotation instructions and guidelines.

What You Will Need

• Experience in building and designing web products with a focus on user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis.
• Passion for solving complex problems and contributing to safer, more effective AI models.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing team with autonomy and ownership.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
