As a Junior Marketing Associate , you’ll support the execution of nonprofit events and outreach campaigns from the ground up. Working directly with the Operations Manager , you’ll gain real-world experience in event logistics, brand promotion, community engagement, and relationship building.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing live events , pop-up campaigns, and fundraising promotions

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, delivering exceptional public-facing service

• Provide event support including setup, takedown, and logistical coordination

• Participate in ongoing training on event management, public speaking, marketing strategy, and branding

✅ Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus — but not required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (open to all backgrounds)
