$140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our AI-driven platform connects the dots between performance TV creative, advanced targeting, and digital measurement to drive real performance for KPIs like website visits and purchases (CPA), as well as lift across existing search, social & digital marketing channels.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Google Colab, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and image and video processing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with a passion for developing and deploying state-of-the-art models. You will be working on a greenfield project leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI for streaming video advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Conduct research and experiments to advance the state-of-the-art in reinforcement learning and generative AI.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for image and video processing tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
• Utilize Google Colab for prototyping and rapid development.
• Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and analysis to improve model performance.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the team.
• Document methodologies, experiments, and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and generative AI techniques.
• Expertise in image and video processing algorithms and techniques.
• Proficiency in using Google Colab for developing and testing models.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platforms for deploying machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Experience with video, streaming, advertising, demand side platforms, and real-time advertising exchanges
