We’re looking for a forward-thinking Manager of Logistics Analytics & Optimization to lead the charge in transforming our logistics operations through advanced analytics, strategic insights, and continuous innovation. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to uncover opportunities, solve complex logistics challenges, and shape the future of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Design and implement analytical frameworks to optimize logistics, supply chain, and operational performance. Leverage tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Alteryx to extract insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Supply & Logistics and Operations leadership to identify and execute on cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. Apply advanced optimization techniques (e.g., Traveling Salesman Problem, route optimization) to improve fleet and delivery performance. Monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics analytics and optimization. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in logistics analytics, preferably in a fleet-intensive or supply chain-driven environment. Strong understanding of optimization algorithms and logistics modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Alteryx, and Tableau ; familiarity with PDI, Ortec, and TMW is a plus. Knowledge of tank monitoring systems and Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery optimization is highly desirable. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
