About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Healthcare Forensics division. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the healthcare industry vertical, with a primary focus on developing business through strategic relationships and leading a team in various healthcare-related client engagements. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare fraud, including experience in medical billing practices, government programs, and regulatory compliance. The Managing Director will be responsible for business development, go-to-market strategies, and thought leadership, and must have a proven track record in meeting revenue generation targets. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, JD, or MD preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The role demands a self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, who can effectively manage a team and is adept at building and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strong business developer, capable of creating and executing a business development plan, and will have a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices. Supervisory responsibilities include managing the day-to-day workload of staff, acting as a career advisor, and evaluating performance to enhance professional development.
