What's the Job?

• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative market research projects to fulfill organizational needs.
• Conduct in-house execution and analysis of primary market research, synthesizing insights to communicate effectively.
• Source and employ third-party research vendors for specific projects.
• Create and maintain key competitive intelligence resources to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify trends and opportunities for revenue maximization.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5 years of market research experience, with 2-3 years in strategy development.
• Significant experience managing external research vendors and executing market research.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development process and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
