We are seeking an experienced and driven MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position based onsite 3 days per week in either Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC.

As a CRM Developer, you will work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) solutions that drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.

• Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Migrate and integrate data using tools like Scribe, SSIS, or similar.
• Integrate CRM with ERP and other enterprise systems (on-prem online).
• Support MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365, and AD Sync integrations.
• Create reports using SSRS, both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom.
• Develop using CRM Web API, JavaScript, OData/REST, and .NET (WCF, SQL Server).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to high-level design discussions.

• 4+ years of hands-on MS Dynamics CRM development experience.
• 8+ years overall in software development, ideally with Microsoft technologies.
• Solid experience in CRM solution design, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, and security model.
• Deep experience with CRM integrations, including REST/SOAP web services, NServiceBus, and custom connectors.
• Expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Service modules within Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience with at least 2 full CRM implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• CRM 2013/2015 best practices and upgrade experience.
• Knowledge of installation and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics CRM or Power Platform.
