Job Summary:

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our clients’ marketing strategies and brand identity. They will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to deliver standout graphics for both digital and print media. Additionally, they will contribute to professional level photography and videography expertise by capturing high-quality images and videos and editing them for various placements for a variety of marketing assets. The right candidate will be a talented and versatile Designer with a passion for visual storytelling that brings an integrated approach to content creation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design and create visually engaging assets for print, web, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels, primarily digital.
• Support in developing branding concepts, logos, layouts, and other creative materials based on client needs.
• Ensure designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and consistent across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign concepts.

Photography & Videography:

• Have a great eye for lighting and composition.
• Capture high-quality images and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.
• Edit photos and videos to produce content suitable for both print and digital marketing.
• Have a professional client-facing approach and the ability to provide creative direction of photo and video shoots, including setting up lighting, choosing locations, and selecting props.
• Assist with videography on-site for various content creation projects (e.g., ads, promotional videos, client testimonials).
• Edit raw footage into finished videos, ensuring high production values and meeting client expectations.

Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing team to understand project goals and produce designs that align with client brand and objectives.
• Take creative direction and feedback from the team to refine design, photography, and video content as needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other team members to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

Education: A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in design, photography, and videography, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
• Experience in both photography and videography, with a solid understanding of lighting, composition, and editing techniques.
• Strong skills in video and photo editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Direct Cell Phone Captures).
• A good eye for detail, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Both a left and right brain thinker. Creative yet analytical. 
• Knowledge of ai capabilities and data visualization tools. 
• Familiarity with project management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms. 

Working Conditions: 

• Full-time, hybrid position. 
• May require occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, or conduct on-site creative direction.
