Seasonal Warehouse Packer / Picker
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Position Summary
VINEVIDA is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Packers / Pickers to support our busy fulfillment team during the holiday season. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a clean, air-conditioned warehouse environment.
This is a seasonal part-time position averaging around 20 hours per week based on demand. Hours may increase to 32–36 per week during peak season (mid-November through December).
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications
Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain quality control standards
Lift and move packages up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Stand and move for the duration of the shift
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily shipping goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or packing required
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under time pressure
Must be available to start immediately and work through the end of the year

Type: Seasonal, Part-Time (20 hours per week on average; up to 32–36 hours during peak)
Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend needs during peak)
Pay: $14–$16 per hour, based on experience
Location: Miami Gardens, FL (Air-Conditioned Warehouse)
