PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
$55,000- $65,000 We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll efficiently and accurately while assisting the Accounts Payable team as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed
• Assist with payroll tax filings and deductions
• Support the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and assist with issue resolution
• Perform general administrative and accounting tasks as required

• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience
• Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting software (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance regulations
• Experience with Accounts Payable functions preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
