Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support production operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and managing production schedules.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare materials, equipment, and resources needed for production.
Monitor quality control processes and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.
Support the production team in day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
