Key Responsibilities:
•Welcome and check in patients in a timely manner.
•Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
•Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
•Process patient payments and manage billing records.
•Maintain patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
•Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
