The Altman Brothers, a Top Producing Residential Real Estate Team, is seeking an In House Transaction Coordinator to carry out the sales transaction process from beginning to end. This includes all document preparation from preparing listing agreements, writing offers, counter offers, opening escrow, preparing request for repairs, scheduling inspections, reviewing escrow and title paperwork, uploading to SkySlope, etc. This role is pivotal to the closing process requiring the Transaction Coordinator to be organized, detail oriented, reliable, ability to multi-task, track deadlines, communicate efficiently, and endure and enjoy a fast paced environment. Transaction Coordinator will work hand in hand with the client, client's team, opposing agent, escrow, lenders and title companies.

*Two offices - can be located in Orange County or Los Angeles!

What you will do:

• Document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions
• Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
• Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
• Careful attention to file review requirements

Who you are:

• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Contracts - MLS, CAR Forms, DocuSign, and SkySlope.
• 2+ years of real estate experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer service-oriented personality
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
