American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our high-performing Human Resources team. This full-cycle recruiting role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, delivering results, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent in technical and niche industries.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM–4:30PM | Full-time hours on-site

What You’ll Do

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job ads
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Coordinate background checks, offers, and onboarding tasks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, employer branding, and pipeline development

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field — or equivalent recruiting experience
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for niche roles in technical or manufacturing environments

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
  • Strong sourcing ability with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Knowledge of employment law and ethical hiring practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, project management, or manufacturing roles
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruiting strategies
  • Experience training hiring managers on interview best practices

Work Environment
