As a Remote Data Entry Analyst at EEC Irrigation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our irrigation product data. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain product information, pricing, and specifications into our database
- Review and verify data accuracy and completeness
- Manage and organize electronic files and product images
- Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in the data
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to the database
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and changes in our product offerings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with irrigation products and terminology is a plus
