We’re in search of a motivational, knowledgeable, and heart-driven Health Coach to work 1:1 with our patients and guide them through transformative changes in fitness, nutrition, gut health, inflammation, and lifestyle — all in service of heart disease reversal .
Your Role
You’ll support and coach patients from all walks of life who are proactively taking charge of their heart health . These are high-performing adults (ages 45+) who are committed to showing up for the people who count on them.
You’ll meet with them 1-on-1, support their lifestyle protocol, track progress, and collaborate closely with our clinical team. You’ll also be a foundational part of building a thriving, connected health community .
Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with patients via Zoom or phone.
Guide patients on evidence-based protocols for:
Fitness & movement
Nutrition (DASH, Keto, Carnivore, Whole30, plant-forward… you know how to meet people where they are)
Gut health & inflammation
Food intolerance identification and recovery
Provide ongoing accountability, motivation, and encouragement.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with our medical team to align lifestyle strategies with clinical goals.
Help develop and moderate community challenges, group sessions, and online forums .
Offer creative input to help grow and scale this arm of the business.
You Might Be a Fit If…
Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), OR National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) OR Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
You have experience coaching on multiple dietary frameworks and don’t push one-size-fits-all dogma .
You love talking about heart health and chronic disease reversal.
You bring the energy. You bring the belief. You bring the follow-through .
You’ve coached in clinical, functional, or fitness environments before.
You’re tech-savvy, self-managed, and proactive.
You’re aligned with our mission to prevent heart attacks before they happen — not wait for disease to strike.
Bonus if You…
Have worked with aging populations or in cardiac rehab.
Have experience with community management or group coaching.
Are familiar with the DASH Diet , Keto , Carnivore , Whole30 , or plant-forward protocols .
Are based in the U.S. or Canada.
