Guide visitors to the right area based on their needs. Share product information and go on demo drives with potential buyers. Assist sales consultants with vehicle deliveries to learn the full sales process. Help the service team with check-ins, updates, and communication. Learn dealership systems and customer interaction skills. Go through structured, hands-on training with experienced team members. Find your long-term fit in either sales or service. Who You Are You’ve worked in restaurants, retail, phone stores, furniture sales, or a similar job. You’re tired of being underpaid or overlooked. You enjoy talking to people and keeping busy. You want a full-time role that leads to something bigger. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You’re available to work retail hours, including weekends.
