As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol Driver in North Charleston, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to a secure environment for everyone onsite. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or criminal activity through visible presence and attentive patrols.
• Complete required documentation and reports regarding daily activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a secure environment.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
