We are seeking a curious, data-driven, and proactive professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team as a Senior Finance Analyst - Strategic .

In this role, you will actively drive our mission of empowering individuals to achieve financial progress. You will take ownership of refining our monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, utilizing our advanced FP&A platform to deliver automated and insightful executive and management reports, as well as translating complex financial data into compelling narratives that aid in strategic business decisions during an exciting growth phase for our company.


What You'll Do:

• Oversee monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting responsibilities for FP&A, including comprehensive executive and management reports, as well as quarterly board assessments.
• Enhance and expand the capabilities of our new FP&A platform to streamline processes and ensure that reporting is strategic and automated.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, Accounting, and business teams (Credit, Growth, Operations) to gain insights into forecast drivers and to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
• Contribute to strategic analyses and initiatives, including deep dives into vertical performance and broader forecasting efforts.
• Support and eventually lead budgeting and financial forecasting efforts, including expense, reserves, and short-term cash modeling as you progress in the role.
• Utilize data as a vital investigative tool to improve efficiencies and analyze performance variances.
