Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - US Immunology supporting the US Immunology Commercial team. This position is based in Horsham, PA.

The US Immunology portfolio currently includes STELARA®, TREMFYA® , IMAAVY®, REMICADE®, SIMPONI ARIA®, and SIMPONI® brands. This role supports the US Immunology franchise and partners closely with business leaders in all Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Immunology GI Franchise supporting TREMFYA®. In addition, this role will provide support for operating expenses and will work closely with the Marketing organization to develop strategies to fund these initiatives.

Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), Brand Marketing teams, Sales Leadership and Medical Affairs is essential for success. Additional responsibilities include sales consolidations & reporting, support of forecast cycles, quarterly close processes, managing financial risks & opportunities, Investor Relations reporting, Integrated Business Planning, return on investment analysis, and special projects. Strong partnership with extended finance teams, including Gross to Net, Pricing, FP&A and Global Services, will be required.

This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
• The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• The position is based in Horsham, PA with opportunity to work from Titusville, NJ when necessary (may require up to 10% domestic travel)
