We’re seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our client’s organization. This high-visibility role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear insights and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
Build and maintain models to forecast company performance
Prepare and analyze financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations
Evaluate investments, M&A, and new business opportunities
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Improve monthly reporting accuracy and timeliness
Partner with product and operations teams on costing and pricing
Requirements
6–10 years in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA preferred)
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Excellent communication and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
