Description

Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks anexperienced and knowledgeable SEO/SEM Specialist to join our Marketing Team! In this role, you will take charge of developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies with the goal of increasing website traffic and enhancing conversion rates across our diverse portfolio. Our team operates as an in-house agency, managing a wide array of properties, including multi-family housing, senior housing and care facilities, athletic clubs, yoga studios, and shopping centers/communities.

Full Time, on-site position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day administration of search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns and strategies of branded website properties and landing pages.
  • Identify and target new keywords on search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) to enhance rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions across our property portfolio.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO and SEM positions for target keywords.
  • Collaborate in the creation, implementation, and execution of comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement effective link building strategies for both organic SEO and SEM.
  • Research web page design and technical functionalities to optimize site speed performance and ensure Google Ads landing pages meet quality score standards.
  • Create compelling SEO and SEM content for blogs, websites, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SEO and SEM, staying updated on the latest best practices and trends in organic search engine optimization and paid advertising.
  • Analyze website and Google Ads campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and conducting regular competitive research on top-performing pages and ad creatives.
  • Online listings optimization and management.
  • Reputation Management monitoring and coordination with property managers.
  • Assist with other Marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and conversions.
  • Agency Experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO-related technology platforms, such as SEMRush.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, including as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Basic knowledge of web content management systems (CMS); with WordPress experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to craft engaging content for both SEO and SEM.
  • Strong time management skills, including effective task prioritization and project management.
  • Flexibility and adaptive skills related to multiple projects.
  • Eye for design and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work independently, handle challenges with a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically, handle multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills for both in-person and remote collaboration.
