Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Plumber to join our growing team. As a Service Plumber at Plumb Bros LLC, you will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls for plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
  • Inspect and diagnose plumbing systems for issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
  • Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, including small sewer machines, augers, and cameras, to clear blockages and inspect plumbing systems.
  • Replace or repair damaged pipes, fittings, and other plumbing components.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and installations.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding their plumbing systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after service calls.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including job reports and invoices.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergency services as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification or apprenticeship completion is preffered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
