We are currently seeking a talented and creative  Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and can produce high-quality photo and video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. This role will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing compelling visuals for marketing, social media, advertising, and internal use.

Duties

• Capture and edit high-quality photographs and video footage for a variety of projects including events, social media content, product shoots, corporate videos, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute all aspects of shoots, including lighting, staging, and directing talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Travel with the team to all trade shows and shooting events (includes some international travel).
• Maintain company social media by following a regular posting schedule that increases customer interaction and grows brand awareness.
• Edit and post-process photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite or other editing tools.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand standards and meet project deadlines.

Skills

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience maintaining company social media accounts is a huge plus!
• Creative eye for composition, color, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree or certification in Photography, Film, Media Arts, or related field is a plus but not required.
• Must be proficient in both photography and videography.
• Experience in live streaming or event coverage is also a plus.
• Social media content creation knowledge.

Schedule

• Schedule: M-F:7am-4pm including occasional evenings and weekends for events or shoots.
• Local and occasional out of state travel is required.

• Producing and editing photos/video on a strict deadline.
• Adhering to company style guidelines with all content.
• Taking the ideas from the steering committee and the marketing department and then bringing them to life.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
