Frequent sitting, standing, and walking – may be required for long periods, climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Must have excellent customer‑service skills. Security positions require passing a drug screen and background check. Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard. Security positions are available as full‑time and part‑time. No experience necessary! If you have a retail, food service, or hospitality background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, patrolling a variety of locations, and preserving order while enforcing regulations for personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.
