Seminole Trail Management LLC has an exciting opportunity on one of our Norfolk communities. We are seeking experienced, dependable, hard-working individuals that have the ability to complete assigned tasks in an effective and timely manner.

 

This posting is for a  Maintenance Supervisor in  Norkfolk, VA .

 

This position requires 5-7 years previous maintenance experience in a residential community, or similar. Candidates must be willing work on call rotation.

 

Required skills include knowledge of general maintenance (i .e. electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, carpentry etc. ), and a knowledge of HVAC systems, and interpersonal skills as we work to resolve service requests for our resident's apartment homes. CFC certification and HVAC certification are required, as well as previous training in plumbing and electrical is required.

Valid driver's license is also required. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to offer of employment being made.

 

Pay is based upon experience

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Keep the building in a clean and orderly condition by examining the building on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.

- Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors.

- Supervise maintenance of landscaping and upkeep of grounds and equipment.

- Perform or arrange for general building and fixture repairs.

- Supervise all general building maintenance.

- Attending company training programs.
