Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Safeguard Self Storage Safeguard Self Storage is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract new customers. Coordinate and support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Draft and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. Collaborate with internal departments to create and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify industry trends and make recommendations for improvement. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, such as designers, printers, and advertising agencies. Support event planning and coordination for company-sponsored events, trade shows, and community outreach activities. Monitor marketing expenses and maintain accurate records of budget allocations and expenditures. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
