Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Financial Analyst with strong skills in data visualization, dashboard creation, and Power BI . This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions by delivering insightful financial analysis, reports, and interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced technical skills in Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex financial data into visual formats that are accessible to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize financial models and tools for reporting automation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and dashboards.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as required by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
• Experience with large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
