*Summary*

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team at Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. In this role, you will assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans that promote patient recovery and enhance their daily living skills.

*Responsibilities*
* Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of therapeutic interventions to patients.
* Help develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
* Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist.
* Educate patients and their families about therapeutic activities and home exercises.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
* Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients during therapy sessions.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

*Requirements*
* Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
* Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings is preferred.

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
