Job title: Deposit Management Advisor
Location: 100% ONSITE 8-5 M-F MUST SIT in/near PHX, AZ
Type: Contract
Contract length: 6+ months, could extend up to 18-month total tenure and WILL BE contract to hire if they perform (conversion to FTE could be any point after 3 months, usually happens past 6-8+ months)
Interview process: 1 round panel IV
Citizenship: USC/GC candidates only (no c2c or c2h for w2 purposes)
Screenings: Background once hired
Pay: $28/hour no flex
Start date: 3-4 weeks from offer- could have delays if BR does not clear
+: weekly pay, benefits, banking holidays off
100% onsite Monday-Friday 8-5
Must haves:
Good with 100% onsite
1.) Treasury product knowledge OR financial/loan environment or industry exp
2) Client implementation experience (customer facing role- internal OR external OR both)
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Comfortable with commute 100% in office and onsite requirements
5.) Data entry/typing skills and experience
5.) Nice to have: loan/mortgage environment experience
6.) Nice to have: any legal documentation experience is a huge plus
7.) HUGE nice to have: deposit experience at some capacity
Role Overview - First point of contact for clients submitting deposit requests via email mainly and phone channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.
Key Responsibilities - Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items; Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable; Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners; Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries; Utilize the various bank systems to support clients' requests.

Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
Previous Client Service experience.
