Your Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or clinic setting.
Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Track client progress through accurate data collection.
Collaborate with families and team members.
Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
Pay Range: $22 – $29/hour
Full-time or part-time roles available
Flexible shifts tailored to your availability
Service Area: Boyds, MD (20841) and surrounding areas
Requirements:
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
